As past president and long-term board director of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), I have been instrumental in guiding the organization’s key initiatives, driving its significant growth, and expanding its influence on the main stage of American healthcare.
A lifelong learner with over 45 years of experience in cardiology, lifestyle medicine, exercise physiology, culinary arts, and digital health, I integrate diverse knowledge into my role as an executive health coach and strategic advisor.
Throughout my demanding career, I have navigated challenges such as work-life balance, and burnout, finding fulfillment in human connection and creativity. When focused on coaching, I partner with clients to address their unique needs, combining my extensive professional expertise and personal experiences to help them achieve their goals. My coaching is rooted in collaboration, service, and measurable results.
As a strategic advisor, I also leverage my expertise in reshaping modern healthcare to serve as a leading advocate for health-focused leadership and the implementation of transformative Lifestyle Medicine strategies.
