Our collaboration begins with a comprehensive 90-minute session that includes:
Medical Records Review: Understanding your health history to tailor a coaching plan that addresses your unique needs.
Personalized Education: Providing insights into your medical risks and evidence-based solutions to mitigate them.
Lifestyle Assessment: Conducting an in-depth look at your current lifestyle behaviors around eating, movement, sleep, stress, social connection, and substance use.
Goal Setting & Accountability: Developing a long-term health vision, with specific, short-term goals and metrics to track your progress.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Monitoring: Introducing professional-grade heart rate monitoring to offer unique insights into your stress levels, recovery, and overall health.
Bi-weekly follow-up sessions are conducted over 12 or 24 weeks, depending on your specific need. Between visits, I am accessible for questions or support through emails, texts, or brief phone calls as we agree upon. My clients and I approach our work with open and creative mindsets while also embracing accountability and action on assigned resources and plans.
Each 75-minute follow-up session focuses on:
Health Data Analysis: Reviewing your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) results, other consumer wearable data, and new laboratory or medical records to track your physiological improvements.
Ongoing, Personalized Education: Providing additional tailored information, tools, and resources to enhance your progress.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Engaging in creative brainstorming sessions to help you navigate obstacles and develop effective solutions to your unique challenges.
Progress Reinforcement: Establishing and adjusting accountability tools to celebrate your successes and maintain momentum towards your goals.
Plan Updates: Refining your short-term objectives, based on your long-term needs and recent achievements.
